2 bedroom self-catering apartment on the lower ground floor of Stanhope Old Hall. Stanhope Old Hall is a grade 2* listed medieval fortified manor house dating back to circa 1139. The apartments has two super king sized beds in each bedroom, one of which can be separated to make a twin bedroom. The apartment boasts many original features such as flag stone flooring and a large inglenook fireplace in the sitting room. There is also a modern shower room and galley kitchen.
We have a restaurant and bar upstairs in the B&B which guests staying in the holiday apartment can use.
Breakfast can also be booked in the main dining room at an additional cost of £10 per person.
There is a heated outdoor swimming pool 5 minutes away from the hall which is open to the public to use during May to September.

Things to be aware of….
There is a 3 night minimum stay to book this apartment so please call Diane direct to make a booking and she will discuss possible price reductions for booking direct.
There is a potential for noise - The apartment is situated on the lower ground floor of our B&B and directly below our restaurant so there may be noise from restaurant guests up until 11pm on weekends and from 8am when we serve breakfast.
The apartment is pet friendly and we have a very friendly but Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy called Cuthbert living in the owners quarters.
The property is 800+ years old and some of the ceilings and doorways are low and could pose an issue for anyone of 6ft or over.
