Whatever the occasion, an intimate dinner for two, getting together with friends or a celebration, our menu selection caters for all tastes.

Our new À la carte menu will be launched every two months throughout the year, to keep our meal selection fresh and seasonal.

To make sure we can accommodate everyone please let us know when you book if you have any special dietary requirements e.g. gluten free etc.

Our restaurant opening hours are 6:30pm to 10:30pm Friday and Saturday and 12 noon to 4pm each Sunday for Sunday lunch.

Starters

Homemade soup of the day, baked ciabatta dipping bread (V)

Chicken liver & brandy parfait, toasted sour dough, sweet pickles

Baked flat mushroom, goat’s cheese crumble, Modena dressed salad (V)

Seared king scallops, curried parsnip puree, prosciutto crisps, affilia cress

Grilled asparagus and broccoli stems, spiced Hollandaise sauce (V)

Crispy Corned beef hash cake, poached hen’s egg, brown sauce.

Mains

Pan roast duck breast, wild berry jus, Dauphinoise potato, fine beans

Pan seared Sea Bass fillet, rustic Vierge salad, chive sabayon.

Individual pork Wellington, rosemary potatoes, Dijon cream sauce.

Grilled ribeye steak, field mushroom, confit tomato, crispy shallots and chipped potatoes.

Weardale Diablo cheese and carrot bake, garden greens, lemon olive oil

Sweet pea and pepper barley risotto, peppered rocket leaf, parmesan

Desserts

Chocolate fudge cake, with vanilla ice cream or cream
